Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider, accept payment from clients at the time of service, and provide detailed invoices with the necessary billing codes (CPT) and diagnoses that may be presented to an insurance provider to acquire full or partial reimbursement.  I do not accept payment directly from insurance providers. I recommend that you contact your insurance company directly to inquire about their out-of-network provider policy.

Cancellation 

If you need to cancel, please provide notice 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

*Most services are provided via a secure and HIPAA compliant tele health portal. Office visits are available upon request and are typically reserved for neuropsychological assessments or consulting
